When does an automation pay for itself

Three steps: how much time the work takes today, what an hour costs and what the solution costs. You see the result at once, with the arithmetic behind it.

Your numbers

Pick an example or type your own numbers. Every field can be changed.

How much time it takes today

For example the number of invoices, orders or emails.

How long one invoice or one email takes by hand.

10 h a month in total.

What an hour of work costs

Including payroll costs. €15 is only an example; type your own amount.

What the solution costs

For example an add-on you pay its maker for. If there is none, leave 0.

You save roughly

€135a month

Time saved
9 h a month
Per year
€1,620
Pays for itself in
under a month

How we worked it out: 200 × 3 min = 10 h a month. We leave 10% for a person to check, so 9 h × €15 = €135. The €79 solution pays for itself within a month.

This is an estimate from your numbers, not a promise. What can really be automated, and the exact price, we tell you once we see your case. Prices are starting prices; the exact price follows the scope. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are invoiced without VAT. The calculator sends and stores nothing.

When automation is worth it

When you do the same thing regularly, by rules, retyping it from one program into another. For example shop orders into accounting, bank payments matched to invoices or orders from emails into stock. Anything uncertain is left for you to decide.

A few sentences are enough. No compulsory meetings and no paid initial analysis: we reply with a scope and a fixed price before we start.
