RoutineBridge

Sebastián Galčík, Martin, Slovakia. Automation, AI agents and system integration for businesses in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and abroad, all done remotely.

Automation handles the routine. You keep the decisions.

I connect your email, stock system, accounting, banks and online shop so that data passes between them on its own and nobody has to retype it by hand. I use AI and agents where they genuinely help, and a person always checks the result.

  • Written scope and a fixed price up front
  • Email is enough, no phone call required
  • Everything done remotely
  • AI checked by a person

What I can automate for you

Four typical tasks that take up hours every week in many businesses. Three of them come from projects that are already live.

Payments are matched to invoices automatically

Every morning the statements are downloaded straight from the bank, payments are matched to invoices by reference and amount, and all your unpaid invoices are in one place. Anything that cannot be matched with certainty waits for your decision.

  • No more downloading statements and retyping them into Excel
  • An overview of unpaid invoices every morning
  • Running it again does not create duplicates

An emailed order is in your stock system before you open it

A customer sends an order by email or as a PDF. The automation picks out the items, quantities and delivery date, reserves the goods in stock and prepares the invoice. It flags anything it is unsure about and waits for you.

  • Nobody retypes orders any more
  • Stock reservation and invoice in one go
  • The confirmation goes to the customer only after you approve it

Customers view and pay their invoices themselves

I built a customer portal that is running for a client: login with a PIN code sent by SMS or email, PDF invoices, contracts, service and complaint requests, and payment by TatraPay, CardPay or a PAY by square QR code. On the web and on mobile.

  • Invoices and contracts available at any time
  • Payment by card, TatraPay or QR code

Custom AI agents

An agent is a program with AI that works through several steps on its own: it reads an email or a document, looks things up in your systems, prepares the result and waits for your approval at the important steps. I build it specifically for your work, not as a general-purpose chatbot.

  1. 1
It gets a taskA new email, an enquiry, an invoice or a scheduled check at 6:00.
  2. 2
It uses the tools you allowIt looks in your email, a spreadsheet, the CRM, the stock system or the price list.
  3. 3
It prepares the resultA draft reply, filled-in data, a summary or an alert.
  4. 4
It waits for youAnything that sends or changes something goes ahead only after a person approves it.

Real example

One such agent runs for me every day: it reads the enquiries I receive from portals and prepares a draft quote. Nothing is sent until I approve it, and the AI cost of one draft is in the order of cents.

What an agent can do in your business

  • Email assistantSorts your inbox and drafts replies to important emails for you to approve.
  • Document agentReads invoices, orders and contracts and enters the data into your systems.
  • Support from your own materialsAnswers customers from your guides and price lists, and passes difficult questions to a person.
  • Change watcherMonitors websites, tenders, prices or stock levels and lets you know when something changes.
  • Internal helperStaff ask it about procedures and figures from company data.

Agent under control

  • Sends and changes data only after approval
  • Sees only what you allow it to
  • Every step is logged
  • A limit on AI costs
  • Tested on your real examples before launch

How I can help

Three kinds of work. Each comes with a written scope and a fixed price before any work starts. My prices are mid-market and open to negotiation.

Automation and AI

The computer takes over repetitive work with documents, data and emails. I use AI where it genuinely helps, and a person checks what it produces.

  • Orders, invoices and documentsData from PDFs and emails without retyping it by hand.
  • Custom AI agentsAn agent works through several steps on its own and waits for you at the important ones. How it works
  • Sorting emails and enquiriesA draft reply is ready, and you are the one who sends it.
  • Custom internal toolsOverviews, checks and alerts for your business.
  • Watchdogs that run unattendedBackup checks and an email alert when something is missing.

System integration and online shops

Your systems pass data to each other on their own, so nobody retypes the same figures from one program into another.

How many hours a year does one routine eat up?

Enter your own numbers. The calculator promises nothing; it simply shows how much time the task costs you today.

15 min
20 times
1 person

Based on your numbers, that is

230hours a year

That is about 29 working days of 8 hours.

I assume 46 working weeks a year. I can only tell you how much of it can be automated once you describe the routine to me.

Describe this routine

From first email to launch

No compulsory meetings and no paid initial analysis. You know what you will get and what it will cost before I start.

  1. 1

    You email me

A few sentences about what you do by hand today and which programs you use. An email is enough.

  2. 2

I send the scope and price

In writing, before any work starts. The price is fixed, mid-market and open to negotiation.

  3. 3

    I build, you see previews

I show you how it is coming along as I go, and you can comment on it.

  4. 4

    I launch and hand over

Hosting, maintenance and any fees are agreed explicitly and in advance.

I also build classic websites

Not everything is automation. I build standard websites for cafés, guesthouses, restaurants and businesses, with a menu, opening hours, a gallery, bookings and orders. Bookings come straight to you, with no platform commission.

  • Ready for Google

Frequently asked questions

Question not answered here? Write to me and I will reply by email.

How much will it cost?

After your first email, I send you a written scope and a fixed price. My prices are mid-market and open to negotiation. You pay for what is in the scope, and nothing extra without your agreement.

Do we need to speak on the phone or meet?

No. Email is enough for everything, from the brief to the handover. If you would rather talk, we can arrange a call.

Do you work with clients outside Slovakia?

Yes. I work remotely for businesses in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and abroad. I communicate in Slovak and English, and I invoice as a registered sole trader in Slovakia, within the EU.

Will we have to change the software we use?

No. I build the automation around what you already have, connecting your stock system, accounting or online shop through an API, exports or email.

What about AI and our data?

I only use AI where it genuinely helps, for example when reading orders or sorting emails. A person always checks what it produces. We agree in advance where the data will be stored and who has access to it.

How is an AI agent different from a chatbot?

A chatbot only talks. An agent has access to the tools you allow it, such as your email, a spreadsheet or your own system. It works through several steps on its own, and at any step that changes or sends something, it waits for a person to approve it.

Who looks after it once it is live?

Hosting, maintenance and any third-party fees are agreed explicitly and in advance, before any work begins.

Tell me what takes up most of your time today.

A few sentences are enough. I will reply with follow-up questions or go straight to a proposed scope and price.

I will use your details only to reply to your message. More in the privacy notice.
