Prices and payment
How much does it cost?
Prices are starting prices and include VAT: a guesthouse website from €490, a café or cake shop website from €290, a new online shop on a hosted platform from €290 plus the platform's plan, Shoptet changes and redesign from €190, and one automation or integration from €190. Connecting a Shoptet shop to accounting with a ready-made add-on is set up for €79. We send the exact fixed price in writing, based on the scope, and it is open to discussion. Is the price really fixed?
Yes. Before we start you get the scope and the price in writing. You pay for what is in the scope, and nothing extra without your agreement.
Is the demo really free?
Yes. The demo is without obligation, and if you do not like it, you pay nothing. You only pay for work you have approved in writing.
Who issues the invoice and how is it paid?
Invoices are issued by RWO Systems s. r. o., P. O. Hviezdoslava 23B, Martin, Slovakia, company ID 50700766. Larger projects are paid in instalments, agreed in advance.
What about VAT?
The prices shown include 23% Slovak VAT. Businesses with a valid VAT ID in another EU country are invoiced without VAT (reverse charge).
Process and timings
How quickly will it be ready?
We usually send the demo within two working days. Most projects are handed over within five working days of your approval of the price. Larger projects get their own schedule, sent in writing together with the price. More on How we work.
Do we need a call or a meeting?
No. Email is enough for everything, from the brief to the handover. If you prefer to talk, we arrange a call.
What do you need from us?
A few sentences about what you want and the address of your current website, if you have one. For an automation, one or two sample documents without personal data. You provide the texts and photos for a website, and we advise what to prepare.
Do you work with businesses outside Slovakia?
Yes. We work remotely for businesses in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and abroad. Invoices are issued by the Slovak company RWO Systems s. r. o., within the EU.
Technology, data and AI
Do we have to change the programs we use?
No. We build the automation around what you already have, connecting your stock system, accounting or online shop through an API, exports or email.
What about AI and our data?
We only use AI where it genuinely helps, for example when reading orders or sorting emails. A person always checks what it produces. We agree in advance where the data will be stored and who has access to it.
How is an AI agent different from a chatbot?
A chatbot only talks. An agent has access to the tools you allow it, such as your email, a spreadsheet or your own system. It works through several steps on its own, and at any step that changes or sends something, it waits for a person to approve it.
What access to our systems do you need?
You set up the access, and please never send us passwords. Where the system allows it, we use a restricted user or read-only access.
After launch
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. You register the domain in your name and receive the code. If you want to host it yourself, you get the code and a guide.
Who looks after it after launch?
Hosting, maintenance and any third-party fees are agreed explicitly and in advance, before any work starts. If something does not work as agreed, we fix it.
What if we want changes later?
Tell us what you need and we send a scope and a fixed price, just as for the first project.
